PRESIDENT AND MANAGING PARTNER
Stephanie Parker is the founder and managing partner of TalentSpark. After 20 years of recruiting experience, she still hasn’t lost her “spark” for matching great people with great jobs. She has her undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks) and her graduate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Kansas State. Stephanie enjoys the science of selection and has expertise in personality assessments. She is certified in Hogan Assessments (the only assessment legally validated for selection) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) personality inventory. She loves helping clients make better hiring decisions through the use of data and designing rigorous selection systems.
PARTNER AND CLIENT RELATIONS
Allison “Allie” Cunningham is TalentSpark’s VP of Client Relations and managing partner. She has 15 years of recruiting experience in pharma, healthcare and engineering including time with several Fortune 500 companies. She is a self-professed “recruiting nerd” with expertise in market research and finding unique, hard-to-find talent. Allie is a Colorado native, former Division 1 track athlete and graduate of the University of Colorado (Go Buffs). Allison recently moved back to Boise from Chicago to be closer to family and the foothills.
Lauren is a recruiter and account manager for TalentSpark. She has 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in multiple sectors including manufacturing, healthcare and technology. Lauren’s recruiting portfolio at TalentSpark includes specialized trade, technical and professional roles. Prior to TalentSpark, Lauren was a recruiter at St. Luke’s and the Department of Lands. She is an avid concert-goer and travel enthusiast. Lauren lives in the valley with her husband, two kiddos, and their dog, Duke. She is a San Diego native and a graduate of the University of Idaho (Go Vandals!).
Jamie Brajcich has 10 years of recruiting experience in multiple western states focused solely in the healthcare industry. She has called Idaho home since 2014 where she currently works at TalentSpark but previously was the Manager of Physician Recruitment at a large health system in Idaho/Oregon. Jamie is recognized as a Fellow of Association of Staff Physician Recruiting (FASPR) for her expertise in physician recruitment. Jamie received her degree in Communication Studies and Nonprofit Administration from the University of Montana, Missoula.
ACCOUNT MANAGER / RECRUITER
Dax Wandling is TalentSpark’s RPO Account Manager/Recruiter. He is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a background in in-house, executive, and RPO recruiting. Originally from the great state of Washington, Dax is intimately familiar with the job market in the Boise, ID metro area as well as the greater Pacific Northwest. He began his career in healthcare recruiting before joining Korn Ferry in their RPO business. When not helping identify top talent for TalentSpark’s clients, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Sarah, reading objectively boring books, and cooking food with questionable nutritional value. He has his undergraduate degree in Public Communications from Northwest Nazarene University and a graduate degree in Leadership and Communication from Park University.
Amy is a Recruiting Coordinator for TalentSpark. She recently relocated from Las Vegas to the Boise area with her husband and dog, Winston. As an Idaho native (originally from Idaho Falls), Amy is thrilled to get out of the Vegas heat. Amy has supported several of TalentSpark’s RPO clients as the ultimate TA utility player, handling both recruiting coordinator and recruiter duties. She holds a BA in Business Management with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Carroll College.
