Stephanie Parker

FOUNDER

Stephanie Parker is the founder and managing partner of TalentSpark. After 20 years of recruiting experience, she still hasn’t lost her “spark” for matching great people with great jobs. She has her undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks) and her graduate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Kansas State.

Allison Bruce

PRESIDENT

Allison “Allie” Bruce is TalentSpark’s VP of Client Relations and managing partner. She has 15 years of recruiting experience in pharma, healthcare and engineering including time with several Fortune 500 companies. She is a self-professed “recruiting nerd” with expertise in market research and finding unique, hard-to-find talent.

Jamie Brajcich

MANAGER OF RECRUITING

Jamie Brajcich has 10 years of recruiting experience in multiple western states focused solely in the healthcare industry. She has called Idaho home since 2014 where she currently works at TalentSpark but previously was the Manager of Physician Recruitment at a large health system in Idaho/Oregon.

Lauren Terry

Career Coach/Outplacement Consultant

Lauren is a recruiter and account manager for TalentSpark. She has 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in multiple sectors including manufacturing, healthcare and technology. Lauren’s recruiting portfolio at TalentSpark includes specialized trade, technical and professional roles.

Pariss Paul

RECRUITER

Pariss is a recruiter and account manager for TalentSpark. She began her career recruiting for a staffing agency in the Boise area . From there, Pariss moved into technical recruiting for a IT consulting and Managed Services company, recruiting for high-level IT roles primarily in the Bay Area.

Dylan Buckland

RECRUITER

Dylan Buckland brings compassion and expertise to his role as a recruiter at TalentSpark. Educated at Boise State University with a BBA in Business Administration and a BA in Human Resources, Dylan graduated with honors and went on to work for America’s largest specialty retailer, earning valuable experience as a hiring manager.
 
Dylan champions each candidate to always be their authentic self during the hiring process. He believes the right placement transforms not just an individual’s career trajectory but their life and a company’s growth as well. He takes the time to understand both clients’ and candidates’ wants and needs to facilitate the perfect fit of skills and personalities. His recruiting superpower lies in creating an inclusive and safe environment where authentic conversations can unforld.
 
Outside of work, Dylan shares his skills with those in need by participating in community outreach.

Christina Richards

Talent Acquisition Consultant/Trainer

Chris Richards joined TalentSpark as a talent acquisition consultant/trainer with more than 20 years of experience spanning recruitment and hiring, human resources consulting, career coaching and organizational development. She’s a graduate of Northern Arizona University and Boise State University, and she holds a SHRM-SCP designation from the Society for Human Resources Management, a SHRM Veterans at Work SHRM Certification, and a Recruiter Academy certification (RACR).
 
Chris’s portfolio spans many industries including gaming, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, construction, marketing, education, the nonprofit sector and construction. Throughout her work, Chris promotes fun, world peace and equitable, inclusive and effective hiring practices. She loves the challenge and joy of successfully matching people to their dream jobs, and coaching organizations and people to maximize their potential, achieve excellence and create engagement.
 
Outside of the office, Chris serves as a volunteer community educator with the Greater Idaho Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. When not recruiting, coaching or advising, you’ll find Chris on the whitewater in Idaho or roaming the country in a small RV!

Sari Hansen

RECRUITER

Sari Hansen joins TalentSpark as a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in the insurance industry. A native Idahoan from a ranching and agricultural family, Sari earned her BS in Community & Public Health Education and Promotion from Idaho State University. After starting her career in telecommunications and public health promotion for a multi-county health district, Sari was introduced to the recruiting world and hasn’t looked back.

Sari’s unique path into recruiting has shaped her philosophy: matching candidates with diverse skills and experiences to opportunities outside their original career plans. These matches benefit companies by giving them access to fresh perspectives, and candidates benefit by being exposed to exciting new opportunities.

By immersing herself in clients’ cultures, Sari has matched candidates to roles in customer service, leadership, IT and HR, bringing fresh insights that align with long-term goals.

Outside of the office, Sari enjoys going on adventures and making memories with her husband and three kids. Sari has also held several leadership positions with a youth program at her church and enjoys learning from these teenagers.

our origin story

The true story of how we decided to start our own Idaho-centric recruiting firm came when our founder was working as an in-house recruiter for Idaho’s largest employer:

An out-of-state headhunter presented a candidate for a role. When asked why the candidate was interested in relocating to Boise, the headhunter said because they were a Harley Davidson enthusiast and that the company location put the candidate closer to Sturgis (home of the famous annual motorcycle rally).

This was confusing, since Sturgis is in South Dakota, approximately 900 miles away from Boise. Upon further investigation, it turned out that the headhunter thought the position was located in Boise, Iowa… not Idaho.

At that point, it became clear that Idaho-based companies needed a better recruiting option — one they could trust to effectively recruit top talent for their key professional and executive roles while also knowing all there is to love about building a life out west.

Now, we have expanded our reach to serve Salt Lake City and other parts of the Rockies. We are proud community members raising our families here who are invested in attracting and retaining the best talent to support a healthy, prosperous economy that improves lives and livelihoods.
