No. While our roots are in Idaho and Utah, we support clients nationwide and regularly place talent in roles across the U.S.

For direct hire roles, we work on a contingency or retained basis, with fees based on a percentage of the candidate’s first-year base salary. Temporary staffing and project-based recruiting are billed hourly. We’re happy to discuss what model fits your needs best.

Every search includes a dedicated recruiter, tailored sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and support through offer and acceptance. For temporary roles, we also handle payroll and onboarding.

Yes. For direct hire placements, we offer a replacement guarantee if the candidate leaves or is terminated within the guarantee period (typically 90 days). We also offer an impressive 93% retention rate for our placements.

No. We have a strict non-solicitation policy and will never recruit from an active client.
